The Story
Spotify Technology was born out of necessity. Hundreds of small, cross-functional squads ship across the world's most popular audio streaming subscription platform, each owning its work while building one product together.
Nothing on the market could hold that autonomy and alignment together, so we built our own tools. Our teams are our toughest critics, and every product had to earn their trust first.
